I suspect I would not agree with anything here given the statement that this person focuses on "the intent of the original inspired author." Literary types refer to this as the intentional fallacy, and I subscribe to their arguments on this score.

On the other hand, I hate censorship as a form of blasphemy and arch arrogance that anyone might know what's best for others to see, and worse, what they ought never to see. I am not afraid for people to make up their own minds about this or anything else. God made each with a free mind to see and think. With the wit he generously supplied he calls us each to judge.

So I say let brother Bob Utley have his say and peace be unto him.

I am a retired Professor of Hermeneutics who is committed to the authority
and inspiration of the Bible and have just put my verse by verse Bible
commentaries online. I want to be a blessing to the body of Christ
world-wide. These historical-grammatical Bible studies focus on the intent
of the original inspired author.
Currently, it has over 6,000 pages of written commentary as well as over
300 audio lessons covering the whole New Testament.
It also has several video lessons. I will be adding over 500 more video
lessons this summer. Most of them verse by verse Bible exposition.

So happy to see the website from Allen Chapel. It's an exciting way to keep everybody involved, far or near. I must say, when I brought my family down to Staunton to get our daughter, Sukanya, baptised by Rev Scott and Allen Chapel; we felt like we were home.
